Terms and Conditions

Using This Website

This website belongs to Roofing Ludlow, a roofing company working in Ludlow, KY and nearby. By reading it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the site.

The site is here to explain what we do: roof replacement, roof repair, roof inspections, storm damage repair, gutters and siding. It's for information only. You can't buy anything or book anything on it.

What the Pages Are and Aren't

Our pages describe roofing in general terms. Every roof is different. Age, pitch, decking condition and past repairs all change what your home needs.

So nothing on this site is advice for your specific roof, and nothing here is a price, a schedule or a promise of work. We try to keep the pages accurate, but we can't promise every detail is complete or current.

Estimates and Real Work

The phone line, (859) 214-0694, is the only way to reach us. A call is how you set up an estimate or an inspection. Any job we take on is covered by the written agreement we sign with you for that job, not by this website.

If something on the site ever differs from your written agreement, the agreement is what counts.

Our Words and Photos

The text, photos and layout on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You're welcome to read, print or share a page for your own use. Please don't copy it for a business or pass it off as your own.

Limits on Our Responsibility

We aren't responsible for decisions made based only on what you read here. Before you act on a roof problem, talk with us or another qualified roofer who has actually looked at your home.

The site may sometimes be slow or down for upkeep. We aren't liable for losses caused by an outage or by outside services the site relies on.

Kentucky Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute about this website would be handled in the courts that serve Kenton County.

Changes and Questions

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies when you visit.

Questions about these terms go to the same number as everything else, (859) 214-0694, and we'll walk you through them in plain words.
